“WHEN AI MEETS NFT”
NFT CHOMPER PROJECT
About the Project
MIT License Certificated.
We aims to create an app and website that encourages broader engagement in the NFT market. Additionally, it helps users create their own valuable NFTs. My roles include researcher, UX designer, and presenter, contributing throughout the entire process.
STAGE 1: Research and Model Development
STAGE 2: UX Design and Product Improvement
STAGE 1
Research and Model Development
The outcome of this phase was the development of a model and the publication of one related paper.
From the most beginning, it is necessary to conduct extensive research on the NFT market. Using tools such as Selenium and Python, the mission is to scrap data from various online sources and compile it into CSV files. We then trained our models to identify the key traits and characteristics of trending NFTs.
Team at Tech was working on training the model, investigating its algorithm, and exploring ways to enhance both efficiency and accuracy.
The final model we’ve developed can estimate the value of NFTs based on their traits, while also providing users with insights into the specific characteristics that contribute to their value.”
HOMEPAGE DECISION
Reviewing the previous homepage design, the key problems are:
• Lack of Cohesion: The layout lacked a clear sense of purpose, with scattered modules that did not effectively convey the website’s main function.
• Color and Visual Style Mismatch: The color palette was too monotonous and did not align with the brand’s desired tone.
Additionally, the visual design was inconsistent with the logo, creating a disjointed aesthetic.
• Weak Title Functionality: Each subtitle lacked a clear focus, making it difficult for users to understand the significance of each section.
• Unprofessional & Overly Simple Design: The homepage design came across as overly simplistic.

As the presenter, I delivered the final presentation to the company's manager, ensuring that the results were visually accessible and easy to understand.

STAGE 2
UX Design
& Improvement
Role: UX Designer
As the UX designer on this project, I took methodical approach to improve the user experience.
My contributions included:
• Conducting Research: I began by thoroughly researching the company’s background and style to ensure that design decisions aligned with its mission and branding.
• Evaluating Previous Interactions: I reviewed the previous version of the website to identify existing interaction problems that had not yet been resolved.
• Improving User Experience: Leveraging insights from both the research and user feedback, I focused on solving interaction issues and enhancing the overall usability of the site.
DECISION : Interaction Logic Change
(Previous Page)
• Adaptive Color Scheme: The design automatically adjusts the color scheme based on the time of day, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s overall aesthetic, make it looks more simple.
• Practical Navigation Bar: The navigation bar has been enhanced to be more functional and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and search.
• Intuitive Introduction: Introduction is designed to be visually engaging, using interactions, colors, and icons to convey information effectively. Make use of the color to differentiate the primeium and standard version of the product.
Previously, users creating NFTs followed a rigid process that required them to select from fixed features to generate their NFTs, with no other customization options.
After describing the NFT they wanted to create, the available style choices were difficult to comprehend, and technical details such as NFT size were especially confusing.
For users uncertain about selecting a style, a new parameter called “NFT Quality” allows them to adjust the quality to match their desired style.
For experienced users familiar with the NFT generation process, this parameter serves as a useful fine-tuning tool.
Problem Statement:
When users try to explore an NFT collection, they struggle to quickly find the specific NFTs they are looking for. Aside from a price trend chart, there is little information available to guide their search. The design elements are overly simplistic, which discourages users from continuing to browse.
Clear & Simple Search
In the redesigned search experience, the search logic mirrors that of OpenSea, allowing users to easily adapt to the interface. Additional filters help narrow their search criteria. (example 1)
Once users find a specific collection, they can search by ID number, reducing unnecessary time spent and streamlining the process.(example 2)

After Changes:
To enhance the experience, the redesign focused on helping users better visualize the potential output while selecting parameters.
Upon entering the platform, users are prompted to describe the kind of NFT they want to create. This approach encourages them to quickly think of an idea to get started.

After generating a preview, users can easily understand the details of NFT, such as image size and style. Additionally, they can save their previous drafts in a dedicated section on the left side for future reference.

Enhanced Price Trend Visualization:
In the redesigned experience, interactive icons are utilized to enhance users’ understanding of NFT price trends.
Users can switch between different timeframes to observe price fluctuations in both the short run and long run. (example3,4)

Feature Analysis:
For each NFT, users can view all its features and analyze which specific features have the most significant impact on its price.
This data is presented using circular columns, allowing for a more intuitive comparison and understanding of the differences.
